The Backstory (Nutshell version)
In 2018, we launched Lumiere in Nelson to help local brands produce marketing content that looked like it came from big cities.
Since then, we've somehow convinced hundreds of local and national clients to let us point cameras at them. Over the years, we have found our lane with a documentary approach to branded content, and have worked hard to refine both our skills and systems to provide world-class brand films for small-town budgets.
Between us we can produce, direct, operate cameras, capture high-end audio, edit, colour grade and sound mix. 95% of our process is in-house, so we can guide each project from start to finish. We've also managed to sweet-talk some seriously talented creatives around NZ into working with us. There is also a growing network of subcontractors in our region that we tap into when projects require more manpower.
That all means nothing, unless you love our work, so we will let our Photography and Films speak for themselves.
